To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable?

Pillow Returns: Only Exchanges are acceptedExchanges are accepted ONLY on unused items in the original packaging.

They are to be received by YL Designz within 7 days of you receiving the item. Customer pays for return shipping label.

Please include a copy of your packaging slip that includes your contact information and order details. 

On Sale Items: We do not accept returns on any items on sale. All sales are final.

Order Cancellation: Once your order is placed, we cannot cancel your order.

Art Studio Returns:  We do not accept returns or cancelations on Art studio products. All Sales are final.

Are there any charges for return?

 A 30% restocking fee will be deducted and a virtual store credit coupon code for the remaining balance will be issued to the email address you provided.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If the item condition is not approved and is rejected, you will recieve a 15% off coupon code for your next purchase but we will not ship the item back to you.
  • If you are approved, then a store credit coupon code will be issued to the email you provided within 10 working days.
