Refund policy

Pillow Returns: Only Exchanges are accepted. Please process your request in the Returns Center. Exchanges are accepted ONLY on unused items in the original packaging. They are to be received by YL Designs Home Decor within 7 days of you receiving the item. Customer pays for return shipping label.  A 30% restocking fee will be deducted and a virtual store credit coupon code for the remaining balance will be issued to the email address you provided. If the item condition is not approved, you will receive a 15% off coupon code for your next purchase but we will not ship the item back to you.

Curated Designer Furniture & Shop the Look: AS WITH MOST DESIGN TRADE VENDORS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS.  

Damaged Furniture or Missing Parts: PLEASE NOTIFY OUR PARTNER SIDE DOOR WITHIN 24 HOURS TO RESOLVE. PLEASE COMMUNICATE BY EMAIL WITH OUR PARTNER COMPANY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT info@onsidedoor.com.

Order Cancellation: Once your order is placed from any collection, we cannot cancel your order.
